| Wyken is back. These ten long weeks have undoubtedly been the toughest we have ever faced. And while we’re not sitting closely round a table with our friends just yet, we are back to making and serving food we love. We’ve been busy planning and preparing a temporary metamorphosis. We’ve borrowed a vintage Citroen van, complete with a wood fired pizza oven, from friends in London. We are now cooking some of the finest pizza you’ve ever tasted. Think classics like a margherita, flavoured by herbs picked that morning from the Wyken kitchen garden, alongside more daring pizzas such as smoked Wyken pheasant with wild garlic pesto.
