Farms and restaurants are greedy users of energy. We devour a terrifying amount of electricity. We hope we can slash our energy bills and also help the planet because we have just installed ground mounted solar panels which will supply over one-third of our electricity. Our Wyken home blend is exclusively made for us by Bury St Edmunds based coffee roasters Frank & Earnest. It is an ethically sourced blend of 60% Honduran, 30% Columbian and 10% Ethiopian beans. Hand roasted to create a deep, rich and smooth flavour, it is bright and fruity with notes of chocolate and caramel. Enjoy it in our Leaping Hare Restaurant and Café or grab a takeaway at our Bullpen on the Farmers’ Market each Saturday morning. If you love it as much as we do then you can also pick up a freshly roasted pack in our Country Store.
